Trade Exhibition

A Trade Exhibition will be held in conjunction with the AsCA'09 at Jingyi Hotel. This exhibition will cover a wide range of products and services relating to the crystallography field. The Trade Exhibition is open to any organization or company with an interest in exhibiting their products or services.

Location and Dates

The Trade Exhibition will be held in the Jingyi Hotel from October 22-25, 2009. The Exhibition is conveniently located close to the main conference room, facilitating participant interaction with the vendors and items on display.

Exhibition Timetable

Oct. 22, 2009 17:00-19:00: Build up of stands and move in of exhibits

Oct. 23-25, 2009 09:00-18:00: Exhibition

Cost of Participation

Booths: US$1500/booth (2 × 2 sq.m); US$2000/booth (3 × 2 sq.m)

Exhibitors will be provided with ready-to-display facilities including:

Fascia board with company name in English (Chinese also, if needed)
Side and back walls
Carpeting
One desk and two chairs
One socket: 5 Amp/220V
Basic lighting (2 lamps)

Exhibition Services

Note: Early registration guarantees exhibitors' preferred booth locations.

Help in obtaining visas for exhibitors' personnel, hotel accommodations, and ticketing services (Please refer to the 2nd circular of the conference)
A complete freight forwarding service through a designated contractor
Free entry in the exhibition to all attendees at the exhibition

Space Application and Allocation of Stand Sites

Exhibit space will be assigned to sponsors first and then on a first come first serve basis upon receipt of the completed Exhibition Booth Reservation Form and payments.
The floor plan for the exhibition booth indicating the available stand sites will be available in late August. You are kindly requested to study it and mark your first three choices both on the reservation form and the floor plan. It is important that you indicate three different spaces in different areas.
Booth allocations will be made in late September 2009. All reservations with the payment should therefore be received no later than August 31, 2009.

Confirmation of Participation

Confirmation email will be sent to applicants about 20 days after receipt of full exhibition fee. The updated information can be obtained on the conference website

Note:

In order to avoid any problems in money transfer, if you pay by bank transfer, please do send a copy of the remittance sheet together with your Application Form.
No personal check is acceptable for the payments.
All bank charges should be borne by the exhibitor.
The bank draft should be received before August 31 to allow time for collection.

Sponsorship

Three levels of support for AsCA'09 can be chosen by sponsors:

Sponsor who contributes USD $10000 or more to AsCA'09
Sponsoring the AsCA'09 Welcome Reception: USD $15000
Sponsoring the AsCA'09 Banquet: USD $20000

Companies willing to provide the above sponsorship will receive the following services:

One booth of size 2 × 2 sq.m or size 3 × 2 sq.m will be provided according to the request
Fascia board with company name in English (Chinese also, if needed)

Carpeting

Two inside pages of advertisements in the Abstract Book
One seminar of 20-30mins. can be arranged during the Conference according to the request

Advertisements can be displayed in the Abstracts of the Conference. The cost is: US$ 600/one inside page.
